Effect: Liquefies 2 kunai or 4 shuriken by infusing them with chakra. The metal then homes in and attaches to an opponent's hands and feet and then hardens, making them both immobile and unable to use hand-signs.
(This means that any attack during the opponent's next turn is innevadable, however, the user of this move may not attack in the same turn)
(dispells at beginning of the user's next turn)
(Non-evadable/Cannot be blocked)

-The metal oozes out of the hole around NP's neck and envelopes shugo's hands and feet-

(Uses an evade, even if you aren't using it to block an attack right then)
(May not be used when no evades remain.)
