bulletin board for news and events???

We should have a bulletin board .... lol this would be like a topic right in the top along with suggestion, new users and support. It would hold all events, for example the info on how to apply to become the new kage would be there as well as the dates for the next chuunin exam ect.... anything and everything that has some kind of news or importance to the users! (it would be taken down once that event was over)

I say this cause I would have liked to try out to be the new kage... but I had no clue how to try out or anything!!! it would also be helpful so that if anyone wanted to see what was going on there would be a place where they could easily find out about it in this new forum!!!

you could also make it a little like a news paper ... with like all the new hot gossip or something just to make it a little entertaining.

well I know they have that but what I want is something that would have everything posted.... cause right now I no longer know when the chuunin exams will be because that announcement has been replaced by the darkraptor announcement.
