Nope.

There's no proof that Veganism is any worse for your health then being a moderate meat eater. You will go look it up and show to me how it is from greener then green vegatables.com and save the Animals from the Man! .net
But all that Veganism helps is to save the animals. Even the environment isn't hurt any more by meat eaters then by Vegans and if there is differences it's ninety percent of the time neglible.

And as I said, a veganist site of course will tell you that, but it's usually not true ^_^

And as I said, a moderate meat eater (Has a few helpings over the week) is usually no less fit then a vegan.
