it's a naruto fic, 2nd in a triolgy he's writing..
basically, naruto was at the Valley of the End and almost died fighting Sasuke, but the Kyuubi sent him back in time in order to save him, back to when the 4th sealed the fox in him...and apparently he's an Uchiha heir

very much so. in the first one, he goes back and helps Sasuke through the whole Itachi killed everyone phase, so he's NOT EMO! it was pretty cool.....
but the second one, Naruto goes back again, and then Sasuke...is emo....
the second one is basically the entire series (including the movie) up still Sasuke goes to Orochimaru, only Naruto's a million times stronger
