They say if you say you have some skill... it's probably not as true if someone else says it...

But I don't know...

it really doesn't matter who get's it it matters how well they do their job as a kage so goodluck to all that did send in an app

Knowing yourself, your good sides and your bad sides is neccesary if someone wants to be a good leader. Knowing that there are some things that you cant do, (writing letters, sing, cook.... not that any of those things are something a kage is doing, but w/e) helps the leader pass things on to someone else that can do those things. If the leader would try and do the thing (lets say cook, I'm bored of the word thing), and try to make hamburgers without knowing how, he'd surely burn them = everyones hungry. If he knew he would burn the hamburgers, he'd send someone to McDonalds.

So if someone is lying, they obviosly don't know their good sides and their bad sides, and therfore they aren't good leaders, so I think it's a good thing that the applicants have to say the things about them selves. ^^

also a good leader can MAKE PEOPLE USE THIE TALENTS TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY and help them learn more aobut it and a good leader can spread responsibility to the correct for the job

Hey Shemoku, if you are a good leader the time on this site doesn't matter. If you want to be a kage and feel like you can handle the job, then just send the applicaton ^^

stats come later, abiolitie comes before stats becasue when you become a kage your stats will get there

also being a kage is not to take all the power for yourself but to use it to help the village your being a kage of and use it for prosperity
