Eventally you have to get to big foods, and your stomach might reject it at first but you have to force yourself.
The hardest part is accepting that you're going to eat it and that you can do it, and you HAVE TO keep in the back of your mind the consequences that will befall you if you keep living like this, and that you may have to receive help by force.

I dont eat because like you said..my body dosnt want it...my stomach strats to hurt cuz its not used to eating..just..I dont know..I never used to be like this...

the less you eat, the less you use it and it basically gets smaller and smaller. when i was in seventh grade, I only could eat a small amount of food before my stomach started resisting.
That's why you have to start small and gradually get big. You have to gradually expand your stomach capacity or whatever you call it. I unno, it worked for me.
