No, this only means that in a fragment or a mili-second of that space and time. The speed showed an echoe of the object traveling. And when you turned around you only see and echoe of where you were, since when running at that speed, time will deffentriate and slow down, allowing sight of things going super super slow. So when your moving that fast, when you look out, things are going super slow, only because the " time" of that area can't keep up.
