Question/Suggestion

So, I was just wondering... are we allowed to make organizations? Like Akatsuki? But, obviously, not missing-nin... unless we're allowed to be missing-nin... are we? Because I just started an organization at Gaia Online named Hiratetsu [equality, peace] and I wouldn't mind starting it here, too.

We can make clans, but shadow's not big enough to do that yet....
