I wouldn't know, never had one. But, it sounds bad...

Not really. Yo ucan get tumors from a lot of things, cancer is just one of them. Some just grow naturally because the body feels funny and are completely harmless.

Have you ever had any problem with chest pains before Death?

Four knifes?! I'm no medical expert or anything, but that sounds like a lot O.o

That's not good :/ I hope it turns out to be something really minor, like a nerve being squashed or so, and not some kind of heart problem :/
