Actually I wish it were, then we could be mad at him. He may have brought more attention, but the fact is Mist lost 7 members last weekend and has been on a steady decline to Sand and Storm, and Shadow also lost 3 members as well. It's to protect the interests of other Kage's made by and uninformed to the Kage's who aren't having the problem.

I disagree myself. If people can go where they are comfortable, it can show us problem spots on the site that we need to fix. Plus the users wont feel forced into one particular village, which will lead to quitting or drastic martyrship to the cause of leaving that village, if it's worth it to them. Which would actually be interesting, but it's not worth it if we can avoid it.
