Well, seeing as how the Sharingan evolved from the Byakugan, I can't really see an evolution containing the powers of both eyes, but I do see the child having either. Most likely the Sharingan.

To be honest I don't fully know. If he wasn't a demon how do we explain right before his death his face turning blue and him being fully loaded down with Kunai and he continued to charge? Also right as he charged at Gato the background turned haunted.
