Effect: Ice forms around object, taking shape of various things. Ex. shuriken becomes scythe. If ice is broken, water droplets in the air freeze and form around object again, thus, regenerating.

Shuriken takes shape of a fan with sharp edges
Kunai takes shape of sword
I disappear and appear with the sharp edge of the fan pressed against your back, and the sword against your throat.
