our special jutsu is the raikou iro-jun jutsu
it is a gen jutsu that makes the opponent trap in a world of pure light, causing them to close their and cover their face. this makes them lose focus and therefore causes all of their current jutsus to stop.

Thats great and all but its not offcial. I know sand is doing them, it needs to be approved by Q and I. Im glad you want in but it will come soon enough since storm has the lesser number of ppl. So please be patient.

Sorry guys, I know that Sand has a few extra privileges and all, but because they are the largest Village, I am using them as a kind of guinea pig so to speak.
