That last line throws me off.

But I was just judging that by the way you are very pro tolerance that you probably have enough gays in your country to have tolerance of them be an issue. Also You took that a bit seriously I wasn't seriously saying Australia as Gay just noting that Australia has some gays (As all countries do) but I always thought Australia was to cool for it.

Haha well I know I didn't catch my dislike for homosexuals from my parents. Specially since my parents aren't Christians but tolerance pushers. Well I wouldn't classify it as a phobia since it is more of a disdain than a fear. I don't honestly fear the sight of it I just don't like to see it. It's kind of like poor people. I don't have much of a fear of them I just don't sit there and stare at them either.

Homophobia is not a disease. Anyone who says so doesn't know medecine. A disease is a harm carrying virus or bacterial infection. Diseases can kill you. I haven't heard of many incidents where homophobia killed someone. I suppose it's possible in the fear of a homosexual they ran off a cliff but I don't have to worry bout that for Florida is flat so for the moment I am safe.

Besides yes your right morales and beliefs get passed down. But before we worry about the Homophobia being passed down let's stop those Capitalist hating lib viewpoints or the Death to America viewpoints in the Middle East first eh? I would say those may be a little more precedent than whether someone likes homos or not.

Besides they don't have to be open about it. I mean no need to draw a target around yourself.

Besides people die by the minute for real diseases. I think we can worry about that 1nce a week minority after real diseases that kill people have been treated.

Also homophobia isn't that bad. The kid who would kill someone for being gay is the same crazy who would kill a girl for being a girl or something like that. Or a white for killing a black. I mean I suppose in the heart of Redneck America once in a while Extremely gay flamers who don't try and hide it get beat up in a bar but I am sure that happens less than you are convinced it does.

And still to see gayness as bad is a moral. Not a disease. You and your overtolerant ways tell you yes we must say that it is right but my moral following ways say that it is bad. But I have never had the urge to hurt or kill a gay. So anyone who does is not in the norm.

I was joking about the part where I said no need to draw a target.

And that happens with every belief depending where you go. And here is the reason I don't like it. Because your saying by being straight and not liking gays we are the ones with the problem now. Your basically saying that if we were just more bi or homo we could all live peacefully. Well I pass on a belief like that. To tell me that my being straight is interfering with the Gays belief so I must become more tolerant of them? No thanks.

And any belief will be persecuted somewhere. Well not any but a great majority. If a Christian goes to China to evangelize he dies. If an American goes to help Iraqi's he has a chance of being kidnapped or blown up. If a middle eastern comes to America they may be prejudiced upon to some degree. So why are we giving special attention to the gays?

Basically because they whine the loudest. Gay Bashing is large I agree. But compared to major diseases such as cancer or other problems in the World I worry much more about them then about a gay being made fun of. I just see that as more important. Because a kid who gets cancer and died never asked for it or saw it coming. A gay does know that he will be bashed to some degree and does know by admitting who they are they will get it.

And you said it's a disease that kills. Say it kills 4 gays a day. It's still very small compared to the others.
