Zetsu eats dead bodies. He cleans up after the Akatsuki basicly. He has a split personality, which can be seen in the fact that one side of him is black, and one is white.

I pretty much know every thing about the akatsuki.

Ok, the red heads name and identity is currently unknown, though many people have said that he is Yondaime. We have only seen the silouete of his head, the lower part of his face, and his red hair.

Even less is known about the blue haired person. He/She is unknown whether it is male or female, though many say he/she is female because in anime and manga, blue hair is most often found on girls. And he/she has something that looks like a flower in his/her hair. And I don't think that he/she is a leader, though I might be wrong.
