Umm, not really, on this particular case. Sorry but if I did people might corrupt the system, it should be a uniform kekkai Genkai, otherwise Sassi might give 10 points and BlackAnbuNinja might give 300 points, and then we'd have a mess on our hands...

i mean like if its an offenceive then add to genjutsu if its offensive add to ninjutsu...

sorry...defensive add to Genjutsu, offencive add to ninjutsu...i told you i'm slow right now...anyway...if you say add 5 stats to the clan then if their bloodline is defencive it is added to their genjutsu, if it is offencive then add to ninjutsu or taijutsu depending on what it does...

well...for the different levels attainable...like Sharingan(two tomoes), Sharingan(three tomoes), Mangekyou Sharingan

Mhm I agree Only Chuunin who have met a set of requirements should be allowed level 2 status, so for now we can pretend it doesn't exist.

Not really odd, you could go automatically to level 1, but you shouldn't be able to skip past that I think, though that's just me.
