Alright. I am just gonna make this a seperate topic it's big enough to be one and we might have to update it as time goes. I was thinking of making it along the lines of my 500 members by the end of Septiembre (September) "ultimatum" as it was reffered to since that worked out pretty well. But I am curious if you guys think it's good. I was going to start it when we got 800 members which will more then likely be tommorrow when I get home from school.

it means that I joined in on the recruitment effort 'cuz I wanted to help you out Q, not 'cuz I cared at all about the hall of fame.  Dunno about the others though, you might wanna ask them.

Stats always seem to help.  Seeing your stats go up seems to make you feel better.  I know several Academy Students and Gennin alike that want to raise their stats...

This is my suggestion, and it's only that, a suggestion, form a 'recruiting team' (anybody can be on it) with one of us at it's head ('cuz we know what's going on) to especially recruit for Storm and Glacier villages (or, maybe, a team for each village).  When the team tries to recruit, and PM you so you can see it, Q, they raise their Genjetsu points by a small number (0.5 or 1).  when a member joins one of the afore mentioned villages, they gain a bigger number of stats (5 or 6).  

I dunno, but that's my thoughts on this.... oh!  and if none of us want to do it (which would be really sad), or we need more than one, we can fill in another Chunnin ('cuz they've already proved they wanna be active here) on what's going on and they can lead a group.

that's kinda where I got the idea.  from Renden's program.  Thing is, how many 'squads' do we wanna make?  ...and who is willing to head this?

Not many, anymore.  Renden kinda closed it up after the squads were made.  No, this has to be a new thread if we're gonna ask for ppl.  ...and in the Missions area too.  Although, not too many ppl look there either...

No, I don't think so.  here's another idea.... assuming we can do it.  One of us PMs all the Chunnins (or at least one from every team) and they tell their Gennins about it.  Though, I do wanna make it possible for the Academy students too...  ugh!  That part would be so much easier if we had an academy!  They usually do check the missions thread more often, though...

yeah, like a phone tree. we tell the other team leaders who tell their squad members.

as for the academy students, if we want to make a single thread for em in the missions section, that may be good

And I could ask Menchi to put it in his newspaper if he ever gets that going. He wants more applicants but I think he should just work with what he has got.

Q - what does Menchi mean by more applicants?  We need to get this going ASAP, so if ppl care, they'll join in too.  It's not like we'd turn anyone away that wanted to get in on it.

I am not sure Brinck...I agree but I Think he wants a staff or something...
