by Ok so 13 votes Yes 0 votes no for the democracy idea. So I figure people want to give it a shot.
So here is how it is going to work. We are going to hold the election for the members November 4th. If you want to run first post here and tell me then start campaigning.
After that the first thing you need to do is start. I would suggest first making sure everyone knows who you are, and what you want to do. The good thing about being one of the first Councilors is that you get to help set things up for future Councils. So basically you have a lot of say in how future things will go down.
To get known I would get very creative. Create Signatures, banners, avatars, pics, buttons, who knows. Have speeches, maybe even stage a debate against another opponent, send PM's to everyone. Who knows the more creative and crazy you get the more likely people will want to vote for you. Also feel free to get some people to help you with getting well known.
Also if you have something you really want in the village run with it. Maybe Say "I will bring every Sand Member free ninja gear" or something I don't know it's up to you to figure it out and create the good campaign that gets you voted in.
If you recruit people for the village then you can also count them as instant votes for yourself (Yeah I have to throw recruitment in every thread, pm, and post I make ^_^). Anyway Good luck to you candidates to be.
