The problem with horoscopes is that they have to remain very general to the large group they have to deal with.
For example, it's quite common knowledge that everything gives off a certain group of things; magnetism, gravity, etc... This is one way Astrology works, the time of birth, conception, etc... all go into play when one realizes the season, the location of the planets, the location of the child at birth, conception, etc... EAch person has a different specific horoscope.
The general ones you read on the newspaper, or online, go to the specific. For example, each group has a certain amount of traits that are in common on the vast majority. For example, Virgos are known to be incredibly smart people (as with Gemini), but they're also tending to be more work oriented, and more stable. These general horoscopes are meant to give you a way to react that would benefit you're general personality.
However, there's also things called Cusps, which means you're born in the in-between of two signs.
Anyway, there's a way to determine your personal horoscope, however, it leaves out one little important detail. Choices people make can vastly change things they do. The future isn't written in stone.
For example, if you were to gaze into the future, and see an individual come across a fork in the road. You see him take the path to the left. However, he always has a choice to go to the right.
