Actually yes in a way they did. By using the body of someone else he took the souls out of their dead bodies and put them there.


Pein is not the 4th Hokage. The 4th Hokage he looks like yes, but so does about 20 other characters that look like Naruto.

if he summond three coffins and the firts two koages were in the ones that opened, why wouldn' the fourth be in the third?

Well I personaly think that Yondaime is dead.
Ofcourse it would be thrilling to see Yondaime as Pein, but it's not one of my fanfics... sadly

Pain didn't take the 4th's body. He only has 6 bodies of which I've seen. None of them are the 4th Hokage.

Pein has bodies that we don't know of.... we have only seen 3 so far....
