the irc channel would only be for people who are serious about chatting there since you have to get a client, enter the address, and make a name. The chatbox is directly on the site and requires no effort.

I can't think of anyway that everyone interestered in warfare conferences (or a kind to be exact) exept for creating a hidden section onl visable to the village and not other ones, including the kage, butthat's impoosible, I'e seen this hoster's features and it can't do that, at least that i am aware of. I is possible for the kage to give a secret link to members to a chatbox or channel. That's all though.
