Though I'm no nerd like our former Kurokage, and though I'm not an admin, I'll try to help this village... since it needs a lotta help, no kidding -0-;

Suggestion: We should have a committee that comes up with ideas for missions, and then rates them by leval of difficulty. That way, more gets done.

Well, quite frankly, I believe our old Kurokage put up a mission for Shadow referrals. I can get that up and running again. Method of recruitment, I don't care really, as long as the person you recruited tells me that you recruited them.

I saw that old mission. But what I was thining of was a way to make the missions more enjoyable or exciting. You know, make people WANT to post and do missions and stuff. That's what I meant by committee: a group of people to make things more interesting.

and recruiting... i could never find it interesting -0-;

and shadow's way to small to have a committee, in my opinion. so we'll have a mission competition, maybe :3

Yeah, but that's mostly at the Bar or Hot Springs. I mean posting in Shadow generally. I mean, we have 319 members; granted most don't come onto WOTN ninja, but for the future, maybe we could prevent that by making our village more fun to be in.

I don't either, that's why I was using recruiting as an example.
