Storm Again!

Hi Storm! Sorry for my double intrusion as of late. Don't worry, I wont make it a habit. The Vice Kage's and the Kage's have been discussing who was best for the villages and come up with people. For Storm we believed Sabaku would make an excellent new Raikage, and Claud the new Vice Raikage.

But we want to get it approved by you guys first. So please vote whether you believe the decision was a good one or not. If there are to many no's we will allow this to discussion, otherwise, these are probably your new village leads.
