These Missions are created by a kage and carried out for only the members of that village. And community missions, which can be done by a ninja from any village. If you follow the directions the mission gives you should be able to complete every mission and have no complications.
When a Mission is completed, PM your village's Kage and they will give you stats (Depending on the mission other bonuses may be earned as well). Stats serve several purposes on the site. First, those with high stats are usually more respected members of the site (It's a lot like having a high rank). Stats increase your ability to win a fight as well, as they will reflect your abilities in the Battle Arena. Stats allow you to buy things in PF's Weapon Shop. Go to your profile and generate a Stat sheet if you haven't yet done so.
Kage's, who set the Village Missions up, are the same as they are in the Naruto series. They are the main leaders of a village and give orders to the Ninja. They are also the leaders and admins of the site, and are responsible for it. Kage's moderate the site some and are who you go to when you have a problem on the site. Each has a specific personality and specializes in a different field of the site, but all are essential to WOTN.
Special Ranks are sometimes awarded in different villages. There are a lot of different types, and to many to go over here. Many are awarded during the Chuunin Exam, as well as you can find them given to users in special Ninja Groups. These members have earned special statuses in WOTN and should be given respect. These ranks are also usually able to be earned on the site through hard work.
