Special Notice Regarding Jutsu

All Long term/turnbased Jutsu regarding shielding or paralyzation of any sort are to be regarded as illegal from this point forward.

oh oh...i have another idea for jutsu's we should have a limit on how many times we can use them...like it's not right if you can keep using the same jutsu over and over again..especially if it's a good one...

u got a point there hiro i only use the sam jutsu 2ce in 1 battle but not in a row though

see but there is no stopping you from using that same jutsu on every post right??? there should be one...like only two times in one battle for Genin once for academy students and like 3 times for Chuunin...like that or something...

It will deal the same damage no matter how many times you use it so why should we limit the number of times a jutsu is allowed?

yup...i kinda realize that...but then again...i couldve made a summon jutsu tht does the same thing...and it was back and forth because we kept going for paralyze which is gone

I wasn't the one who wanted to end the use of these jutsu. Actually i wanted to keep the shields and paralytic jutsu.

I just dont understand where he stands on this issue. He says he backs Q's decision and then complains that jutsu no longer have these effects because they make his clan powerless.

He was also one of the many people that had a vast majority of jutsu that are now considered illegal. If anything i thought he would be against this new decree. But because he lost his match against DOS due to a shield jutsu, which had obvious weaknesses which he easily could have taken advantage of, he suddenly despizes them. And it would appear that is the only reason he agree's with this decision in the first place.

The change of heart reminds me of how DF acts when he doesn't get his way.

Oh, well. I only had one shielding jutsu to start with so I don't care.

oh i just noticed this.....my clan doesnt need shielding or paralyzing jutsu .....its perfectly capable on its own...and my jutsus were shielding and paralyzing....but i fixed them...and as for the DoS match.....it was very possible tio take advantage end....i knew exactly what to do....it was simple....im not whining either, its just....my idea was standing against illegalizing paralyzation for GENJUTSU.....otherwise im capable of doing fie without these new rules

They are not exactly new, it is still the original just edited in a way to make them easier to understand.
