Bloodline Description: The
Kyuuketsuki Ketsueki can hardly be called a bloodline, since the only
true vampire remaining is Kirinonai. However, there is another way of
being turned to the bloodline, which is widely described in different
vampire stories. One who possessed the bloodline can perform a turning
technique, where the ‘victim’ is bitten, usually on the neck. The
victim remains in a state close to unconscious for a week in
excruciating pain. During this period, the person's body changes,
obtaining sharp canines, slightly changed metabolism and such.
The
process can also be performed on people who already possess another
bloodline, but in this case there is a high chance that they will be
killed. Even if they survive, their old bloodline will be overridden by
the Kyuuketsuki Ketsueki.
Though the stories about vampires are
just stories, they have some truth behind them. The vampires do not
solely consume people's blood, but it gives them strength. However, the
human blood is like a drug for them, and they might become addicted,
especially young and weaker vampires, which might cause them to turn
into a mindless bloodthirsty being. Also, vampires have an advantage
during the night, and are put at a disadvantage when exposed to
sunlight. Higher vampires, the Nosferatu, are more resistant to some of
their race's weaknesses. Many rumors also claim that vampires are
immortal, which is partially true - they can not die of old age, or at
least their life span is many times greater than an ordinary human's.
Another
thing is that the vampire's blood removes all physical flaws; it alters
the metabolism so that a person's figure is changed to almost perfect,
they have no skin defects and the skin is always soft and smooth, as
well as hard and cold. Their hair is silky; their teeth are perfectly
shaped and are white, etc. They also never suffer from any diseases.
Vampires
also have unnaturally high sex appeal, for reasons beyond
understanding, which makes them rather popular among people of the
opposite gender. However, even though usually it's a good thing, it can
be a double-edged sword, since people of the same gender as the vampire
tend to dislike them.
Bloodline Limits: While
vampires appear the same as normal people, they're quite different
chemistry-wise. The most famous of their traits - drinking people's
blood - is not just for show. While their healing rate is usually the
same as an ordinary human's, consumption of human blood boosts it to
incredible values and restores their energy. The healing power is based
on the amount of blood consumed and the vampire's rank, making the
highest of vampires practically invincible in case they have a few sips
of blood at hand. Carrying blood around isn't a choice though, as it
gets oxygenated or stale quickly, and looses its healing value. Their
ability to heal others is also highly increased.
Vampires also
have a bit different muscle tissue, and have higher physical strength
than one could assume they do judging by their looks.
A vampire's
assault on somebody usually takes place at night in the stories, and it
has some truth to it. For reasons beyond our understanding, vampires
are stronger, faster and have heightened senses at night. The increase
is not much, but from time to time, it could be what will decide the
outcome of a battle. They also see perfectly clear at night. These
attributes have also made them useful in the ANBU ranks, during stealth
and assassination missions.
While some stories say that vampires are
vulnerable during daytime, it is not entirely correct. Ordinary
daylight does not make them feel uncomfortable in any way; however,
direct or focused sunlight causes them some disorientation. High
vampires are more resistant to sunlight. Vampires are also quite
charismatic and possess unnaturally high sex appeal. This trait coupled
with their heightened intelligence, aid in their skill with genjutsu.
The
bloodline has six skill levels which are directly connected with the
person's rank. The levels and ranks required to obtain them are as
follows:
- Ghoul - Genin
- Neophyte - Exceptional Genin
- Adept - Chuunin
- Nosferatu - Exceptional Chuunin
- Volturi - Jounin
- Vampire
Elder - Only the true heir of the bloodline can become one on their
own. Otherwise they must be of jounin rank and have special training
from a current Elder.
Higher level vampires gain certain
benefits from the bloodline and are able to use more of the clan's
techniques. A list of bloodline levels and the bonuses obtained:
- Ghoul
– Can consume only 100ml of human blood without side effects, blood
jutsu usage is minimal. A ghoul aquires 1 extra evade. Exposure to
sunlight nulls all benefits.
- Neophyte - Can consume low
amounts (up to 200 ml) of human blood without side effects, blood jutsu
usage is minimal. A Neophyte will experience a +5 strength increase as
well as a 1 evade ability increase. Exposure to sunlight nulls strength
benefit.
- Adept - Can consume average amounts (up to 300 ml)
of human blood without side effects. Due to enhanced intelligence they
are invulnerable to genjutsu used by an opponent of lower rank than
their own. Adepts experiences +5 strength increase, +2 evade increase,
and +5 defense ability. Exposure to sunlight nulls defensive benefit.
- Nosferatu
- Can consume average amounts (up to 500 ml) of human blood without
side effects. Due to enhanced intelligence they are invulnerable to
genjutsu used by an opponent of lower rank than their own. A Nosferatu
experiences a 5 strength increase, 3 evade increase, and 5 defense
ability, and +25HP. Exposure to sunlight nullifies HP increase.
- Volturi
- Can consume high amounts (up to 800 ml) of human blood without side
effects. Due to enhanced intelligence they are invulnerable to genjutsu
used by an opponent of lower rank than their own. A Volturi will
experience a +5 strength increase, +3 evade increase, +5 defense
ability. and +25HP. Exposure to sunlight has no effect.
- Vampire
Elder- Can consume great amounts (up to 1 liter) of human blood without
side effects. Due to enhanced intelligence they are invulnerable to
genjutsu used by an opponent of lower rank than their own. The Elder
experiences the same effects as a Volturi as well as its immunity
toward sunlight. Upon reaching this state a Vampire receives a ‘gift’
(Specialized weapon, special jutsu, etc) of their choice from their
Leader.
These are the Bachiatari Exclusive Jutsu for use in the Battle Arena.

any member of the Bachiatari Clan consumes more blood then is set in
their limit they are transformed into a mindless, bloodthirsty, savage.
Attack damage dealt while in this state is doubled but, due to their
bloodlust, they are only capable of using taijutsu attacks throughout
the remainder of the battle.

and invisible sword in the users hand. The sword is so concentrated
that it can cut through anything, including chakra. With practice the
user can also release chakra blades from the sword, making it a lethal

Effect:The user begins to hum a vampiric lullaby which forces the opponent to
fall into a deep sleep for 3 turns. The opponent will be awoken early
if attacked with anything other than genjutsu.

Effect: Must
have Hellions Insignia active. The users wings become as hard as
titanium and the edges sharpen like to tempered steel which can be used
to strike the opponent. The wings can also be folded in front of the
body to block an attack. Flight is impossible during this state.

Effect: After
consuming at least 100ml of blood this jutsu allows the user to 'learn'
the most recently used of the opponents jutsu for the duration of the
battle. Can be used a maximum of 3 times. Drains 100 ml from user.

Effect: The user bites the opponent, dealing rank damage, and not only draws 100ml of blood but also steals 1 evade from the target.

5HP for every turn using 25ml of consumed blood per turn until no blood

Effect: The
user bites/scratches the opponent and release the clans own poisonous
blood into the victims bloodstream. The poison causes excrutiating pain
for the opponent and deals 5HP damage for 3 turns. (If the opponent has
a bloodline active, the posion's potency will doubled and it will deal
10HP per turn.)
Nosferatu/Volturi Level Jutsu:-----------------------------------------------------------------------Name: Siphon Restraint

Effect:Using any shadow in the area, this jutsu wraps an opponent in a shell
of shadow for 3 turns. While trapped inside an opponent is constantly
being sliced by the chakra infused shadow causing the opponent to
bleed. The blood is then funneled out of the shell into the users
mouth. Transfers 10hp per turn to the user, the user consumes 50ml per
turn.

long distance by using his own chakra to pull blood out of open wounds

mind.
