well it was told to me that i can use all the jutsu that i made. and well it doesn't take that much chakra, the fact is (and i should've mentioned it) that any leaf ninja can use it cuz they have all inherited the konoha will of fire. the fourth is only the inventor.

well i'm the one that made it. i just wanted to put it down as the fourth, cuz i wanted the jutsu to have some history. it doesn't exist in the manga. but if u don't think i should use it then i'll stop after this battle. but the jutsu really depends on the willpower of the user not chakra capacity or knowlege

(its all gravy Jose, Liifuega kinda forced it tho cuz the gust would only last 2-3 Seconds, all gravy tho.)
