Here are our Jutsu and abilities
The Kei clan is known to have all five elements within their chakra. However some of these jutsus come with the price.
Tenki - (Evey Kei Clan are born with blue eyes) A special ability that the Kei possess, when their eyes change into four specific color, and each of the color represents the five elements. YOu are able to control the elemenets with these eyes, however only one at a time per battle, or training.
Healing Escalation Jutsu

Chakra Usage: low
Effect: heals wounds using water, only minor injuries
Kaze no Katana jutsu ((handsign)) ((WInd katana))
Creator: ItachiUchiha
Chakra usage: medium
Conditions: This jutsu require a huge amount of concentration, which mean beginners won't be able to perfect this jutsu right away.
effect: The user focus the wind and form it into a sword like weapon , the wind inside the sword is very strong, and can pierce through almost every object.
negitive effect: This jutsu can backfire immediately when the user lacks in focus and concentration. When the user attempts to try this technique without high focus and concentration, then the user's charkra can go out of control and it can cause a serious arm damage
Blood Puppet Jutsu - This jutsu can only be used in the full moon where the power of the water is at it's fullest. The user can control blood inside the oppenents body, abling the user to have total control.

Chakra Usage: high
Condition: Where you take water bending abilities to the next level, and your Tenki eyes to the next level. Tenki eyes
Spirit eyes : (When your Tenki eyes turn red and black at the full moon)
Creator: ItachiUchiha
Condition: When the eyes's powers are taken to the nest level, at full moon during blood puppet jutsu, only works if you look into opponents eyes.
effect: simillar to the mangekyou sharingon, this doesn't mess with your mind, your soul , it can be ripped out, and completely destroy your inner being, enough to put into coma.
Negitive effect: This can take all your chakra if done wrong, there are no handsigns, and it all depends on how focused you are, you also lose sight for some period of time, after too much usage of this jutsu .
Chakra usage: HIGH
additional notes: The more chakra you have the more damage it does to the person, but the less chakra you have, the less it has effect, and the opponent can break free from it
Name: 5 sealed element jutsu
Creator: BlackAnbuNinja
Effect: with your arms you can control all of the elements, fire, water, earth, wind, and spirit, but spirit is harder to control
Chakra usage: high
" Godaikoku " This is one of the eye ability(Where your eyes three specific red line pattern, and your eyes turn black) " Godaikoku " allows you to bend or control the elements with out any hand signals, only with your hands all at once . All the elements are equally powerful, water, fire, earth, and are strong in the morning while the water gets powerful when the moon rises at the night especially at the full moon, where the power of water bending is at it's fullest. (
Weakness: The negative part about this trait is that overusage of this technique can rip the muscles in your arms depending on how long the user used the technique and depends how well the user can control it, if used too much the user can lose both arms permenatly and half of your charkra can run out. Also if you MUST be able to control this technique, or else you have a limit time on using this technique. The more you can't control it the less time you are able to use this technique, also in the worst case scenerio if you cannot control this technique you will be in a near death state or really die. This technique takes a LONG time to perfect.
