Not bad ^^ Mind if a give you a few quick tips?
-Shoulders structure: I noticed especially with the girl in the second picture that the way you draw makes the arms look like they are sloping down from the neck. If you draw guidlines and or shapes before you draw (and, at this point should should be doing that, because it is easier to proportion the body and pose your character) you should be drawing the torso as a square, not an oval. If your doing men, their shoulders would be wider and boxier in the final product.
-Face alignment:Some of your faces are a bit crooked. I have this same problem too :/ Once again, grids help.
-Eye spacing: This is probably only a problem really with the girl. If you have trouble spacing the eyes, just remember that there should be an eye's space between them.
Yeah, anatomy's a pain in the butt
I know a really great reference/tutorial thingy on deviantart I could linkage you to- I'm not very good at explaining anatomy myself. Sorry if I'm being a tad nitpicky ^^;
