How about something like finding a mist symbol in other villages forums, or finding and learning jutsus hidden throughout the village forums. Another idea I had was to develope a strength, defence, chakra, speed, ect., and acttualy have ninja battles for training or against enemy shinobi.

I think Lee meant stuff like searching for chibi's......once it has been found the mission is finished. So it could be completed and the 1st winner gets loads of rewards, then the next person gets less....and so on.....
