technically pure water does not conduct a charge. It is the minerals and salts in the water that allows an electical current to travel through water. Just for your information.

He's not god-modding too terribly bad Ren. Maybe a little but not enough to change the outcome of the battle. I am taking it easy after all and it only looks like he's doing so well because i've allowed all of his attacks so far. I still have all 13 of my evades.
