Village help?

ok this kinda leads off of my new villages idea...

This may already be doen but perhaps villages could hire ninjas from other villages to help build up there village.

For example lets say xyz is kage of this new village currently with only 5 members ... xyz has noticed that tfk from a larger village has been getting allot of people to join. xyz needs more members, xyz can then request that person tfk help him/her get more members ... tfk can accept or deny . If he accepts then maybe he/she could get double stats for each person he/she gets to join the new village (or some kind of perk for being requested) ... did that make any sense?

of course they can ask for help, but double stats is a mreh idea. Besides, we havent said anything about actually making a new village. It was all hypothetical.
