New villages?

Ok so I'm kinda bored with the villages (not that there bad its just I think we need more diverse Villages) .... and I think we should have allot more...

I have a few Ideas like:

Village hidden in the clouds
Village hidden in the grass
Village Hidden in the swamp
Village hidden in the Marsh
Village hidden in the Ocean
Village hidden in the Hills
Village hidden in the Snow
Village hidden in the light
Village hidden in the flowers
Village hidden in the reflection
Village hidden in the Ice
Village hidden in the Crystal
Village hidden in the Mirage
Village hidden in the Caves
Village hidden in the Trees
Village hidden in the Canal
Village hidden in the Blood
Village hidden in the Stars
Village hidden in the Valley
Village hidden in the flames
Village hidden in the volcano
Village hidden in the forest
EDIT... (every village beond this point is new!)
Village hidden in the Rock
Village hidden in the Paper
Village hidden in the .... well I could go on forever lol so anyway just something to think about! :D

I know not all of them are very good villages but the idea is to mabe have a few more villages that are very different from what we have now. Hope you guys like! ;)

I think it's a great idea, I guess the only problem for the kages would be to find a new kage...

well we can't have too many villages sayomi
and right now we still have two smallish villages
and we don't have enough memebers to fill up another village at this moment

but sometimes in the future we are going to get more villages

Actually, we've been looking for prospective kages, but so far we haven't found someone who entirely fits the bill. Tons of people are close though.

i know seeing as my jutsus can't fit into a village how about the village on the volcano or the village in the flames or the village hidden in the flames something along those lines

Pretty good idea, I'd say.

That'd be nice. But then we have the smaller villages that won't ever come to life, and finding a kage is bothersome in my opinion.

unless we find someone who can build up their village
who can also keep it up and make it into a good village on their own

thats not that hard of course

a 3-4 step process could easily get a new village with one member intoa strong village like shadow

Kage's work is pretty time consuming and it would be hard fining an eligable one to start up one of the new villages. Then again, we also have some pre-existing villages that aren't too large as well.

being kage is a tough job i would never say yes to be kage good luck though.

if i was offered to be a kage i would accept because i love doing work and i'd rather help the site and do work for it then just do nothing and hang out

I enjoy creating and managing sites .... after all I have created a few of them lol

the only place were i would accept being leader is cops not becouse i'm picky but i like cops and i would be there every day doing stuff to make the site better lol i sound as if i was in a job aplication.

Anyone that goes on and posts frequently can be a kage, in my opinion. The question is who has room for most improvement and doesn't let corruption and pressure get to them?

not anyone who comes on and posts a lot can become kage death
there is some skill involved like managin and leadership skills
even if they are a tiny amount

we should compile a list of qualities, then, and narrow out people.

i already have a shattered will but i'm persuasive and smart and that count's for something.
