easy call there...stats...

ideas for getting members excited about recruiting?  No.  I don't like recruiting, but I do it.  Maybe if there was a special task force... gain stats for attempting (1 or 2, tops) and major stats for anybody who actually got someone to join one of our 'sister villages'...

Well if Stats always works why don't we have tons of new members by the hour? We need something new and something none of the other villages have to give.

Hey maybe we can somehow incorporate it with the new Academy idea.

Oh and by the way. You guys definitely need to make a show of getting new members. If people see the Council getting lots of members and talking about it they might like to give it a try too.

I already did!  I know of at least four ppl here 'cuz of me!  Two of 'em Sand, two Mist....

You guys aren't even close to on base. When I said a Constitution I was reffering to a set of rules that the Kage and Council will follow for the village and governments sake. As in rules on how long a person serves, what each person's duty is, etc.

well if you read it it has a good base for rules..

I know but those are in reference to laws as in what people should and should not do however it has very little to do with our system
