I thought we were trying to come up with a 'constitution' kinda thing.  btw - I like Ifan's idea, it sounded good.

Maybe we could combine it with the missions section, since I usually put missions in the Sand village.

I'm with you on that one Q!  Class stats could be smaller (1 or 2 in one area) and graduation stats could be really big (like, 100 or sth).  If we made grad stats that big, though, I think we'd need to make it really hard to graduate...

idk, and I'm thinking this needs it's own section too.  We need to go back to figuring out the government here....

well that may be too much, IDK, will they kepp going once they are genin, or should we make it higher. if they went to jounin, I would say increase each one by like 15-20 once they graduate

yea, 100 seems a little high to me too.  Maybe Q'll post a topic here for the Academy.  I'm pretty sure it'll be something we wanna update regularly as we work it out.
...but, really, we need to get back to the government.

I agree...The Government is really what we need to work out at the moment since it's the jumbled up mess.
