When my parents aren't here, I eat when I'm hungry. I'm not too fond at all of timed meals.

I hardly ever eat anymore. I can go a whole day without consuming a thing.
I pledge stomach cruelty! That is too bad because I used to do the same too. It's a quick way to get off weight and you rarely feel hungry if you do it long enough.
However, after a while of not eating, your metabolism gets shot to the ground.
When you eat again regularly, it still is slow from before.
