Here's how it breaks down, Ninja's would beat vampires if the ninja's had wooden stakes, otherwise they're pretty much doomed.
Allow me to illustrate
Ninja w/ stake > Vampire > Ninja w/o stake
Throw in a robot however and the whole thing becomes a rock paper scissors style mess wherein the Ninja (we must assume he lacks a stake) is beaten by the Vampire, who is in turn beaten by the Robot who is beaten by the Ninja.
