I agree GL, they definitely don't care at all about our opinions. They act like we're all noobs here and should be treated as such. They don't realize we've been here a long time and we have a very simple request.

That is actually my plan, KKQ! And it's why I asked you guys all post threads and send messages. ^_^;;; If I coulda done this by myself, sure. But as you can see, they don't listen at all.

Yes. I know it seems like to you guys that they are totally ignoring us and treating us bad, and believe me, they are.

But I bet you they've never seen a bunch of users from a site come on to ask them to fix one of their rules. I can tell by the way Mr. Mario acted that he really had no idea what to do with us, because likely he's never seen it before. ^^

Most users are Admins, usually the sole admin of their site. They get online, ask a question "How do I post?" and then get a simple response and sent on their way. A lot of the admins are frankly, idiots.

So they treated us the same way, not realizing that we're not your average buffoons. ^^ We responded by posting 45 posts or more and making 4 threads all to address our one issue. They couldn't just threaten one of us with a ban, since it wasn't one person but many members of one site working together for the goal. And thanks guys for helping me, it was really nice. Warms my heart to know you all cared :3

With one guy they can easily just say "Wait 6 months get over it" but when you're getting PM's from the users like crazy and threads are going up saying fix your stupid rule, that's totally different. ^^

I know, because I used to control PF like this. ^_^ Whenever he initiated a just plain stupid rule, or when he tried to disqualify a bunch of our Chuunin Exam members that were totally legit, I had as many members as I could PM him. One person saying "Fix this" and you ignore em. Get 12 PM's saying "Fix this" then it's totally different.

Same thing by virtue of these threads. ^^

They will do one of two things, well, they have three options:

Ignore it. If they do that, they'd be even dumber then I thought.

Release Punishment and get angry at us. This, sadly, is very possible. Admins and moderators are very, very power hungry. They see themselves as the center of the website. This is why I won't hire mods, or at least not as long as I can help it, to run WOTN. ^^ I might hire managers or Admins, but never mods. They always, always end up treating the users like crap. (Also, why Way Of The Ninja doesn't suck). The sad reality is outside of WOTN, that's what your average Mod/Admin is like.

OR they can do what I am hoping they will do. That is, they will listen to the clear voice of the people and give in. This depends on how many of us are active at protesting their stupid rules and the way they treated us. We've had a loooot of you guys respond, and you guys really fought for me. ^^ They noticed. Believe me. As an Admin for 3 years, I can tell what other Admins think. And those guys were thinking, "What the Frick is happening here?!?"

And at the end of the day, not sending a message to them won't help at all either. But sending one has a high chance of helping. There's really not a downside.

Yeah, I hope they listen... I mean we did keep it polite, for the most part ^_^

Any of you who have read or kept up with this will have noticed that Mr. Mario over and over said "Typlo will be back Monday"
He said the same thing to me when I was here 3 months ago almost exactly...Does the guy like take a week off every 3 months? Weeird. O_O

I'm thinking that the least that these admins can do is just lower the time span for the Head Admin status thing.

3 months seems a little unreasonable.

1 month seems more reasonable.

I think that's the least they could ever possibly do. Just saying so. If they can't bump Q up to head admin, then they could at least lower the rating period.

I think they're being unreasonable. Q has worked harder than ANYONE on the site to build it up like it has. PF hasn't done anything for MONTHS. Years even. When he logs on, he just logs on for like 10 minutes and then leaves. Doesn't do anything that I can see, or anything.

IF they can't make Q head admin right now, then they should at least lower the waiting period. For all we know, there are OTHER forums on Forumotion that are having similar problems as well.

It could be YEARS before that 3 month waiting period is FINALLY up and Q is head admin. And really, who wants to wait that long when he really deserves this position?

PF is a little... frightening o-o; I never talked to him much, and he used to be my kage. But when I switched out, he let me go (though he probably was starting his 'inactive' status then).

I just think Q should be head admin. Imagine what the site could be if he was? Even Forumotion has to admit that this site has the potential to be one of the best.

The waiting period is probably that long because they've never really had a problem like ours before.. or at least not one that has spoken out.

We will wait til monday then come back again, if thats what it will take..
We're not just gonna take it lying down though.
