HELP SIMS 2 PROBLEMS!!!!!!OMG PEOPLE I NEED HELP!

i am having a problem with my sim 2 body shop and whats happending is im trying to opean it for the first time and its not opeaning idk if i cause im not using the right disk of its my computer if some one would help me i would be super glad thank you

Are you using the sims 2 body shop that you downloaded from the CD?

Or did you download it off the official site?


What error message comes up when you try to open it?

im using it off the cd

and ther is no error its just not opeaning

Is there a need to have two topics..

If its not opening it might not be installed properly.
Have you restarted your comp?
If you're still having trouble you could try downloading it directly from the website.
Thats what I had to do .
