by I think it would be best that all sand nins have a Sand symbol on their Signature or some form of sand or sand ninjas.
Put these in your signatures as examples (find others if you can and PM me so I will put them up here. Also if you have skillz make your own)
This is an identifier of who the sweetest ninjas are from the lamest Shinobi. I think all sand shinobi should have this just because it looks good eh?
It doesn't have to be specifically one of these three pics and you can add more to your signature but something that lets the peeps know easily so in the community chat the KKK (Kool Kids Klub) is distinguishable.
