Do You Believe? (Please read first post)

I let one of my dogs out, Fawkes, because she really needed to go, and my dad said to let her in my parents' bedroom when she was done. Ok simple, except it waz 11:00 pm and she liked to dig. So she only came up to the door once and ran back out (she always does that). I left the back porch light on and kept it unlocked, and when I checked an hour later she wasn't outside. It freaked my out so I asked my sister to help me find her. When we didn't find her we asked my older brother to look in the back brush (it was brush mixed with really tall weeds and low tree branches). Even though we had a torch light (electric) we couldn't find her. So my sister checked in my parents room and there she was, at the foot of mom and dad's bed. It was impossible! The back porch light was still on and the door was still unlocked, anyone who'd let her in would've turned off the light and locked the door. Plus I didn't hear any footsteps, doors opening/closing. My sister said it was probably our older brother, but she forgot that he helped us out trying to find her. And it wasn't my mom or dad either. Dad had to leave today to go to Cali for the army for four weeks and mom had an asthma attack only a couple of days ago. No one could've possibly let her in! I didn't tell my sister because I didn't want to stay around arguing all night even though I could've possibly won.

They have a dirt basement and a few years ago their grandpa hung himself in there while they were on vacation, the police came and had a body bag and everything, but anyways. My neightbor told me to go into the basement and get a game or something so I did. When I went down the stairs and turned the corner I saw a bloody rope hanging there like you'd use to hang yourself and such, and a stool beneith. Of course I wasnt really expecting that so I RAN up the stairs. My neighbor was like, "What the heck?" then I said, "You didn't tell me the rope and stool was still down there!" and then she gave me this weird ass look and said, "It's not.." It was disturbing.
