Ok here are my jutsus :D

-Ice cofin-
Inventor: Sayomi's Father
-Water + Air Elements: Chasing water frozen death-
Rank: c
Range: Both close and far
Type: Attack or Defense
Chakra usage: Medium
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: acts
much like garra's sand trapping victim in a cave of ice which is
hardened/cooled (depending on the day, time, and place, ice is harder
or easier to cool) by the users chakra. from there user can ether freeze
there victims or manipulate the ice to kill. (ice is virtually
unbreakable/inescapable ... much like haku's ice mirrors but acts like
garra's sand able to move at will however unlike garra the water (when
in liquid form) can move faster than his sand defense. This is because
user can focus their chakra in certain areas making the speed of the
water increase wile other parts may slow down or become weaker. this technique can be used several different ways:

-Regular manipulation: like described above loose 3 Hp and inflicts +12 damage to opponent

-Using
molecules in the air: If user does not have access to an officiant
amount of water they can manipulate the molecules in the air or pull
the moister from plants creating a frost like appearance on the
opponent which then hardens and crushes opponent. user losses + 6 hp
and inflicts +13 damage to opponent.

- User can also create a labyrinth of freezing
tunnels creating a new battle environment. A cold one at that. (doing
this uses allot more chakra making it a B rank) unless in an already
cold snowy environment. user losses 9 hp. Inflicts +15 damage for every turn opponent is in the labyrinth.

-Winter's Rose; ice clones-

Rank: C - B
Range: Both close and far
Type: Attack or Defense
Chakra usage: medium to allot depending on how many clones are prone to shatter. 5 or more clones affected takes allot of chakra.
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect:
When a clone is hit it shatters into thousands of peaces of broken ice,
the equivalent of shattered glass. these peaces of glass/ice attack
their attacker ruthlessly. because there are so many its impossible to
doge every sliver. user loses one evade and inflicts +10 damage to opponent.

Background: Jutsu got its name from its appearance of falling snow or frosted rose petals before the slivers of gleaming ice are smothered in blood as they run through their targets flesh.

Genkai:

Maryoku Kiri-Name of the kekkei genkai

Student- If you are one, you are not able to obtain the stages yet.
Although you are given these privliges: All genjutsu do (+1) more
damage then original.

St.1 -(+5 hp)Genin:If you have a weapon: Can make the weapon 2x's stronger. Jutsus do (+2) more damage then original.You are able to make 3 clones of yourself that do one rank damage lower than you,(dies after 2 hits).
ST.2-(+10
hp)Special Genin(Above 500 posts): Able to use "Nervous Lock". If you
have weapon, can make it 3x's stronger. Can created own personal
jutsu(based on the Genkai of course). Jutsus do (+3) more damage. Able to create 5 demon clones that do one rank lower damage.(takes 3 hits ti kill each)
St
3.-(+15 hp)Chunnin:Able to use "Enigmatic force" and "Nervous Lock."
Can make 3 more of your own personal jutsu(based on Genaki)If have
weapon, it becomes 5x's stronger.(1) Extra evade. All jutsus do (+5)
more damage then original.Able to create 6 demon clones,one rank lower damage.(4 hits to kill each)
St.3-Jounin:(+25 hp) Able to use
"Enigmatic Force" and "Nervous Lock" and "Sixth Sense". Able to created
6 jutsus(based upon Genkai). If have weapon or summon, can make it 7x's
stronger. (3) extra Evades. Jutsus do (+7) more damage then original.Able to create 10 demon clones, does one rank lower damage.(dies after 7 hits)

(All demon clones are made of ice and split into ice shards upon begin destroyed causing an extra 5 damage)

History:
The Maryoku Kiri is such a rare ability that most people haven't even
heard of it and anyone who has witnessed it in battle, has not lived to
tell the tale of how destructive it is. Combined with such raw power,
intense brain activity and swiftness, it is close to unstoppable and
only courses through a selected few who have enough power to control it
and weild it into their weapon of choice.
