I'm not sure if I'm allowed to train, but I'll give it a shot

OK, here are a few guidelines to help all of you RP Battlers.

The first person to post in a battle thread will pick the Battle Feild/Environment. The second will attack first.

Evades:There is a simple equation when it comes to evades.
-If you're an Academy Student, you get 3 evades.
-Genin get 3 evades +1 evade for each 15 Taijutsu points that you have.
-Chuunin get 5 evades +2 extra evades for every 20 Taijutsu points that you have.
-Jounin get 7 evades +3 extra evades for every 25 Taijutsu points that you have.
-If you're a Kage, you get 30 evades +5 for every 45 Taijutsu points you have.
Health:

-All Shinobi have 100 HP +1 HP for every Genjutsu stat you have.

Damage: Damage is equal to the below rules whether it be Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu.

-All Academy Student attacks do 5 damage.
-All Genin attacks do 10 damage.
-All Chuunin attacks do 15 damage.
-All Jounin attacks do 20 damage.
-All Kage attacks do 25 damage.

Weapons: Additional, Specialized weapons can be purchased in PF's Weapon Shoppe.
Kunai: All Kunai do 5 damage. They can be used long and close ranged.
-Academy Students get 5 Kunai
-Genin get 10 Kunai + 2 Explosive Tags
-Chuunin get 15 Kunai + 5 Explosive Tags
-Jounin get 15 Kunai + 10 Explosive tags
-Kages get 20 Kunai + 10 Explosive Tags

Shuriken: All Shuriken so 5 damage. They can only be used long-ranged.
-Academy Students get 10 Shuriken
-Genin get 15 Shuriken
-Chuunin get 20 Shuriken
-Jounin get 25 Shuriken
-Kages get 30 Shuriken

Summons: To summon any kind of creature use the below.
-Genin: Sacrafice 5 evades
-Chuunin: Scrafice 4 evades
-Jounin: Sacrafice 3 evades
-Kage: Sacrafice 2 evades.
Remember:Summons Attack=One rank lower than that of the summoner,
and
A Summons HP= 50HP+half of the Summoner's Ninjutsu Stat Points

According to these rules

The stats of a statless academy student would be

Health: 100
Damage: 5
Weapons: 5 kunai, 10 shuriken
Evades: 3

Remember: Kunai and Shuriken do 5 damage each

how many jutsus are you alowed to have and i have like ones from naruto cards is that ok...

Last time I had heard, there wasn't a limit

Jutsus should be original as in, no copying from the show or other's jutsus

You can use other people's jutsus ONLY if you have their consent

and i pick the final valley...oh yea

well i have my own i made up is that ok...

Do you have all the jutsus you need? And yes, originality is exactly hat they want

Okay, evades help you avoid complete ALL moves in your opponent's turn.

So you can either evade or take the damage

But you can only evade a certain number of times, that number for you and I is 3

Chuunin- victim: -15 hp User: 15 hp

Just a last thing to let you know, Naru, once you run out of evades, you cannot evade any of my attacks ^_^_^
