Also AnimeSweetie, Kalu and Kala Coi are better used in seperate posts. Kalu is an attack in itself which leaves shadow points.
If Kalu is landed, which most people will not dodge it because it will only do rank damage, Kala is then used in the following attack to damage the opponent at long range while still only using Taijutsu because no chakra usage is required.

Actually Agami, we found that my older brothers jutsu is illegal in that it allows one to evade without the use of an evade. So Solar Flare is not to be used by anyone.

AS10, I like the idea of your first jutsu, but it might as well be a summon and since it is a summon it would require the deduction of a set number of evades. For a genin that number would be 4, and since you do not have 4 evades to sacrifice i can not allow the use of that jutsu at the moment.
Remember though that you do still have 2 evades so feel free to dodge any of his attacks. Another thing you should keep in mind is that he is out of evades which basically means if you were to try to paralyze him it is gauranteed to work. Keep that in mind when facing any opponent.
In short, a nin without evades is as good as a vegetable.
