Effect: Alters the user's hand so that the fingers are rigid and hard. The nails also lengthen and become harder than diamonds, and also is coated with poison. Because of the extraordinary power granted to the fingers and nails when the jutsu is used, it is easy to cut through things or to pluck things out of the human body (ie the heart). If wanted, the user can also use surrounding shadows to create an armor around the hand to protect it even more.

i think you use 10 hp per turn for 4 turns and you can only do weak attacks like low chakara and weponds....I really don't know

Try not to use jutsu above your ability level or your comprehension. If you dont understand the jutsu ask the inventor and do not use it until you know exactly what it does.
