effect-it is baisicly a substutution jutstu. the catch is that the damaged part(s) split open, and a swarm of hornets flys out, attacking anything with a pulse. 5 hornets come out. first hornet does damage. the victim is paralyzed by the others. paralysis lasts for 1 turn for each additonal sting. evades stay the same.(can only be used 2 times in one match)

*i used rotting substutution twice. i can't use it any more, but you're paralyzed unless you evade*

hiiatte if you take the hurricane hit you also take the bone chill hit unless you dodge again

still you didnt take damage from my attks....-20 for both jutsus if you dont evade

sorry..... i told you that i wasn't good at this!......hey wait....... rotting substutution. you should take 20 damage, and be paralyzed unless you evade!

umm yeah hii if you use jutsu to cancel out mines...that counts as an evade

yes anything you do to move out of the way is a evade
