Depends. In the 4th book, their baby does grow because Bella was human when she was given birth to a baby vampire. then bella was turned. So she stayed her age. But it says the baby is growing within a couple months. She'd look 5 yrs old in a couple months. But it seems their ageing slows down in a certain point in life.
