jutsu wears off rather quickly, best used to confuse opponent for a
quick getaway.

Frozen block of water controlled by user. Can be just in water form or
ice form. (water form uses less chakra, a solid amount of chakra is
required to cool the ice depending on the day, time, and place, ice is
harder or easer to cool.) Often created in the shape of a triangle
causing the attack to run off the sides more officiant than a flat
shield. because of shape shield is extremely strong agents almost every
attack.

person thus not being fooled by the shadow/water/mud etc any clone.
