Village Jutsu's

all shinobi post jutsus here u think would benefit the village

cool, so we just make up some jutsu's that the whole village can use in battle and spars and post them here........?

Name: water dragon missile jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Chakra: medium-high
Inventor: someone form mist
Effect: with chakra the user morphs water into the shape of a dragon and uses it as a missile to attack the enemy

Name: Giant water vortex jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Chakra: High
Inventor: some from mist
Effect:
with chakra the user morphs water intoa giant vortex and it launchs at
the enemy making them spin with the water uncontrolably and does good
damage

Name: hidden mist jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu
Chakra: medium-low
Inventor: someone form mist
Effect: the User creates haevy fog so that the enemy can barely see
their hadns in front of their faces and the user has a opening for an
attack. (4 turns)

i have these three that anyone can use if they want

name:Sub-Zero Assassination
inventor:Destinykil
type:ninjutsu/taijutsu
effect:The
user drops his temperature to sub-zero level making his body cold to
the touch...upon doing this....the user can now instantly freezes his
opponent with a simple touch..if hit, the blood of the opponent freezes
making them loose focus for 1 turn.

effect:The user engulfs the battlefield in a poisonous mist that affects the opponent only(5 turns 5 hp each turn)

users body become like the displacement factor of water...during this

breathe out of water and has half the hp of the user(ex:200 shark has

repel jutsus at the cost of 15hp

8(4 turns) lower than 10(5 turns) and so on...the user can also send
the pirahnas to attk

then they are temporarily stunned 1 turn).can only be used
thrice per battle.

user shifts his forearm and/or ninja tool into a blade made form
mist...the blade isnt solid which gives it the ability to cut through

the user vreates a water shield similar to gaara's sand shield..this
lasts for three turns and can freeze projectiles. Blocks physical attks

user summons up mist and creates a hurricane, which travels at great
speeds. If hit by this hurricane,the enemy is trapped in a water prison
jutsu similar to zabuza's.Can only be used twice per battle.

HAVE OCEAN SHIELD ON!!..the user freezes the ocean shield around them
to form a set of ice armor tht makes them invulnerable for 3 turns
