If user plunges into a body of water, the body of water will freeze with user inside, unharmed. Allows user control over body of water while remaining safe from attack. Due to high amount of power needed for this move, this is physically draining, slowly weakening the user with each attack. If too many attacks are used, user can actually die.

my chakra is strong, don't underestimate it.. please. besides, my specialty is fire, so if i have to, i'll also counter fire with fire.

i spent a lot of time with Hikage making myself nearly immune to fire, ice, etc.

my ryuuindou isn't really some chakra thing. it's more like a move which disrupts
sound waves to tamper with your nerves.

If you have a chakra barrier... then... can't this happen on the inside? You did that with me...
